Questions
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account goes back to Free. Unused Pro certificates are kept frozen until you renew, and every certificate you issued stays verifiable.
Who issues the certificate?
You do. Verify pages say "Issued by" your institute. ecert.digital only hosts the record and the check.
How do I pay?
Scan the UPI QR on the billing page and send the screenshot on WhatsApp. We activate Pro, usually within one working day, and email a GST invoice.
Do students need an account?
No. Students get an email with download links. Employers just scan the QR code or open the verify link.
Can I use my existing certificate design?
Yes. Upload it as a JPG without names on it, then place the fields. Or pick one of our templates.
Is student data safe?
Certificate files are private and only reachable through signed links. Verify pages show only what an employer needs and are hidden from search engines.
